Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Events Assistant

to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our event management and branding teams to ensure every project reflects our clients’ vision with precision and style.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating event logistics, timelines, and vendor communications.

Support on-site event setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up.

Manage inventory, materials, and promotional items for upcoming events.

Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all event elements.

Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and service providers.

Prepare event reports, feedback summaries, and budget documentation.
