Assist in planning and coordinating various events Support senior event planners in logistics and execution Manage vendor relationships and communications Assist with event setup, decor, and equipment arrangement Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event evaluations Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in event management is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A passion for events and a willingness to learn Benefits
