Product Marketing Manager – Germany
Trina Solar is an internationally recognized solar energy company, with
regional headquarters
in the US, Switzerland, Japan and China, and offices worldwide. We are expanding our
energy storage
capabilities and need a passionate marketing professional for our German team.
We are currently looking for a
Product Marketing Manager
to join our team in
Germany .
Responsibilities
Identify market trends on solar technologies and solar PV systems.
Define the solar product roadmap for assigned segments in Europe.
Manage the regional product lifecycle for assigned solar products: product design, launch, upgrade, end‑of‑life.
Equip the Sales team with updated technical documents, certificates and promotional materials; support product selection, BOS cost/LCOE calculation, customer presentations and product training.
Collaborate with the Marketing Communication team on product promotion and marketing campaigns.
Work with other solar PV component/service providers (e.g., inverter, mounting structures) on solar PV system compatibility and innovation.
Collect product feedback from key partners, internal teams and technical advisors; conduct competitor analysis on technologies and products.
Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams at headquarters to provide input on the global R&D roadmap and align EU product planning and execution.
Requirements
Relevant experience in product marketing or product management, technical sales or engineering within the solar PV sector.
Basic knowledge of solar PV system design, energy yield simulation and/or LCOE calculation.
At least 5 years of professional experience.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Fluency in English, German, and French; additional European languages are a plus.
