Responsibilities As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting a dynamic team of litigators on high-profile, document-intensive matters. Key responsibilities include: Managing all phases of litigation, including document review, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities Organizing and maintaining case files, pleadings, and exhibits Assisting attorneys in preparing SEC filings, subpoenas, motions, and other court documents Handling large-scale e-discovery processes using industry-standard platforms Coordinating with clients, experts, and vendors Preparing deposition and trial binders and supporting attorneys in courtroom settings Requirements Bachelor's degree required and Paralegal Certificate Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in Securities or complex Commercial Litigation Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures Proficiency in litigation support software and e-Discovery tools Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation This role offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a hybrid remote option.
