Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Consumer Litigation Paralegal located in Highlands, KY. The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys in the preparation and management of consumer litigation cases. Day‑to‑day tasks include legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, coordinating discovery, filing court documents, and assisting with trial preparation. The Paralegal will also interact with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and documentation.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Experience in managing case files and coordinating discovery.
Skills in filing court documents and assisting with trial preparation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in personal injury law is a plus.
Paralegal certification or relevant education in paralegal studies.
