Job Description
Coordinate and manage all aspects of planning for commencement and convocation for the college.
Plan, implement, and manage all events for undergraduate initiatives & student success and the Dean's Office.
Support communication initiatives for the college.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Considerable knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
Considerable knowledge of principles for providing effective customer service.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience
Considerable experience in an administrative role.
Considerable experience with customer service in an office or academic setting.
Basic experience with event coordination and planning.
Additional Considerations
Considerable experience in an administrative role in the public sector or a higher education setting.
Considerable experience with customer service in the public sector or a higher education setting.
Basic experience with event coordination and planning in a higher education setting.
Salary Annual Salary: $33,828 to $54,145
