Job Title: Clinical Case Manager Department: COUNSELING SERVICES Location: Norfolk, VA Job Summary: The case manager position within the Office of Counseling Services will coordinate the collaborative referral process between campus departments and facilitate the outpatient referrals to the community for long term chronic care, specialty care and higher levels of care. Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, sociology, social work or human services from an accredited institution with related working experience equivalent to a master's degree. Or a master's degree in a related field. Working knowledge of case management best practices. Demonstrated skill in working well under pressure to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Basic experience in the field of human services or mental health. Basic experience providing culturally sensitive treatment to a diverse client population. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in human services, counseling, sociology or psychology. Some experience working in a university setting. Considerable training and experience in providing case management services. Considerable experience with working with individuals with mental health concerns. Conditions of Employment
