$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr Employee Benefits Call Center Representative - Remote - Westlake Village, CA The Company: Become a key player in our thriving, expanding insurance brokerage as a Call Center Representative! We're seeking someone with a genuine passion for customer service, ready to deliver truly exceptional experiences. In this pivotal role, you'll proactively connect with members, assisting them with their benefit plans. What’s in it for you: Hourly compensation $22.00 - $24.00 depending on experience Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance 401(k) matching Paid time off and paid company holidays Key Qualifications: 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment Knowledge of dental/vision/life/disability insurance is a plus Active Life & Health insurance license MS Office Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! Core Responsibilities: Foster a collaborative environment within a dynamic team to achieve shared objectives Proactively manage a high volume of inbound inquiries, providing expert guidance on established dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans Efficiently manage documentation processes and respond to email inquiries, ensuring strict adherence to company protocols and contributing to streamlined operations and enhanced client satisfaction APPLY TODAY Why Insurance Relief?
