The IT Helpdesk assists students and employees with login issues, Wi-Fi and network problems, hardware and software troubleshooting, and mobile device support. Support is provided via walk-up, phone, and chat. Qualifications: Current, enrolled Lipscomb student Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable with new technology, different computer types, mobile devices Experience in technology or customer service preferred but not required Responsibilities: Enter and route tickets in the IT Ticketing System Provide technical support using guided resources Assist clients by identifying problems and guiding through solutions Maintain good verbal and written communication skills Offer customer service and phone support May be eligible for Federal Work Study.
