Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and email.
Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds using the university’s ticketing system.
Supervise, train, and mentor student representatives.
Support daily office operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
Handle escalated patron concerns and inquiries.
Coordinate with internal and external partners for event success.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Maintain compliance with policies and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Current Belmont University student in good academic standing.
Previous ticket office or customer service experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days.
