The purpose of this position is to service the existing client base with all service requests, including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation. Associate's Degree preferred Financial Industry experience required 2+ years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment Securities license required; Series 65, Life and Health, or must be willing to obtain within 90 days Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly Redtail CRM experience preferred This position requires that you possess the following skills: Strong organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proactive management style and consistent follow-through Responsibilities/Tasks: Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner Complete each service request and resolve client issues Prepare new client paperwork Assist clients with completing required paperwork Responsible for account management: opening accounts and transferring money to the firm’s platform Input notes into CRM and keep updated Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer Review application prior to submission Follow application process from start to finish Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments Maintain professional communication with clients and staff Assist with client update reports and mailings Benefits: $50k-$75k based on experience PTO Health insurance 401k Training and development opportunities Hours: In office: 8:30am – 5:00pm On occasion attend client events during the evening
