As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. You will implement processes to optimize warehouse operations, guide frontline associates, foster a safe and productive work environment, and contribute to the overall success of DHL Supply Chain. This position offers an opportunity to impact DHL Supply Chain and contribute to our reputation as a global leader in contract logistics. With over 500 facilities and more than 50,000 dedicated associates, DHL Supply Chain North America operates in over 150 million square feet of warehouse space. Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance; provide regular reports and analysis to management with recommendations for improving warehouse operations. Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork. Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred. 1+ year of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred. 1+ year of logistics industry experience, preferred. Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.
