Senior Manager, Product Management (United States) Join Cordis, a global leader for over 60 years in life‑saving cardiovascular and endovascular technology, to lead downstream marketing for the Peripheral Vascular portfolio across the Americas region.

Responsibilities

Own strategic direction, performance, and lifecycle management of the Peripheral Vascular product portfolio.

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing downstream product management team.

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to drive market awareness and portfolio growth.

Oversee new product launches from planning through commercialization, partnering with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales.

Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Sales leadership, providing field training, messaging, and tools.

Translate customer voice and market intelligence into actionable strategies, shaping product positioning and innovation priorities.

Collaborate with Global Upstream Marketing and Commercial Operations to influence pipeline decisions and forecast accuracy.

Monitor portfolio performance, market dynamics, and competitive trends with data‑driven insights.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and corporate standards for all marketing activities.

Qualifications

12+ years in product management, marketing, engineering, or sales with a focus on cardiovascular or endovascular medical devices.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Domestic and international travel, estimated 30% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience managing peripheral vascular product portfolio and understanding clinical applications, competition, and market trends.

Demonstrated success launching and managing medical device products with adoption and growth.

Strong leadership, people development, and coaching of direct reports.

Strategic marketing vision balanced with hands‑on commercial execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Financial acumen with forecasting, NPV, P&L interpretation.

Analytical mindset translating insights into actionable strategies and plans.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationships with physicians, KOLs, and cross‑functional teams.

Collaborative, results‑oriented, and effecting business objectives across sales, clinical, and R&D.

Entrepreneurial proactive approach driving tangible outcomes within portfolio.

High integrity, accountability, and personal initiative.
