What You’ll Do
As a
Project Coordinator , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of complex lighting projects. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in
high-energy, detail-intensive environments
and are eager to develop expertise in project management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution:
Assist with the
organization, tracking, and execution
of lighting and control projects from start to finish. Vendor & Client Communication:
Liaise with
construction teams, manufacturers, and vendors
to coordinate product approval, storage, delivery, and schedule adherence. Logistics & Scheduling:
Track order status, shipping schedules, and project timelines using
Smartsheet and MS Office Suite . Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain
submittal packages, change orders, closeout documents, and status reports . Detail Management:
Ensure all project documents, orders, and materials are
accurate, organized, and updated . On-Site Involvement:
Periodically travel to
construction sites and warehouses
to track materials and ensure smooth delivery.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek
high-performing, detail-oriented professionals
who excel in
fast-paced environments
and are passionate about
project management, and lighting solutions . Our ideal candidate is: A
recent college graduate
(or early-career professional) with a
business, engineering, or construction-related degree . Exceptionally
detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
—you measure twice and cut once. A strong
problem solver and communicator , able to anticipate challenges and drive solutions. Adept at multitasking, managing deadlines, and working under pressure. Tech-savvy , with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Smartsheet, Adobe Pro, and other project management tools (Oasis, OnScreen Takeoff, Sage/MAS a plus). Eager to
develop expertise in lighting and controls project management
—no prior industry experience required!
