Overview
TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is looking for Navajo language Annotators for a Writing and Annotation project. This is a remote, part-time role.
Responsibilities
Writing Task:
You will be shown a text (starting of a paragraph/context) and asked to complete the paragraph with 50-100 words.
Annotation Task:
You will review texts in Navajo corresponding to a writing assistant's output. Each text includes a user transcription as grounding context. You will organize the transcription into a well-structured document and judge texts based on the following metrics: linguistic acceptability, quality of output, presence of hallucinations, and overall quality.
Workload and time
Workload: Up to 25 hours to complete all sentences.
Estimated time to complete: up to 25 hours (approximately 10-12 hours per week).
Compensation
Rate:
34 USD per hour
Requirements
Native speaker of Navajo
Currently located in the US
Pass the English Fluency Test and the Navajo Fluency Test
Experience in writing, annotation or similar tasks is a plus
Over 18 years old
Access to a computer (desktop/laptop) and stable Internet connection
