Evolve Workforce Solutions is a dynamic recruiting and executive search firm dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations nationwide. We’re expanding our client-facing team to drive new business across administrative, clerical, HR, professional staffing, accounting, finance, executive leadership, and legal verticals. What You’ll Do
New Business Development: Prospect and qualify corporate and law-firm clients on the East Coast; build a robust pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking. Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the process from initial contact and needs assessment through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution. Client Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor—understand each client’s hiring challenges, growth objectives, and recruiting budget to tailor workforce solutions. Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless handoff, onboarding, and delivery of high-caliber candidates. Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report progress against targets. What We’re Looking For
Proven Sales Track Record: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling staffing, recruiting services, or professional services to mid-market and enterprise clients. Vertical Agility: Comfort selling into one or more of our core practice areas (admin, clerical, HR, accounting, finance, executive, legal). Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to generate new opportunities independently and close complex deals. Relationship Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative-selling abilities. Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office. Self-Motivated Remote Worker: Disciplined, goal-oriented, and fully comfortable operating in a 100% virtual environment on Eastern Time. Why Join Evolve
