Overview
Vanguard Cleaning Systems, an independently owned and operated area franchise company, has an immediate opening for a talented Business Developer to join our Mount Laurel office. The Business Developer will focus on securing qualified appointments in partnership with the Vanguard Regional Office’s Outside Sales Representative team. The focus will be to gather key details about the needs of prospective accounts and to organize the information for the regional sales team. We are seeking a skilled individual with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospective accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent persuasive verbal and listening skills looking for a flexible work schedule and who enjoys working in a challenging environment. Essential Functions
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Perform daily local business prospective account contact calls Record and track all prospective and existing account contact information utilizing the region’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database Perform consistent follow-up and follow-through with prospective accounts Collaborate with Management Team regularly Desired Experience/Skills
Required 3 years of experience in inside sales and appointment setting Excellent verbal and communication skills Strong listening skills and empathy Basic computer skills Compensation and Benefits
Monday-Friday Hourly Rate starting at $20/hour plus commission. Paid sick, holiday, and vacation. Health benefits and 401k plan available Equal Employment Opportunity
