Customer Success Associate
to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will promote and grow our suite of language services, including
interpretation and translation services
across a variety of sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions will be essential to driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for communication, we'd love to hear from you! Location : Gardner, MA (in-office position) Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or internal systems Coordinate technical support issues for interpreters and help resolve software or access problems Maintain accurate records of client and interpreter interactions in internal databases Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and interpreters to ensure service satisfaction Collaborate with the operations team to improve overall service efficiency Respond promptly to client concerns and work to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Gather and share client feedback to support service improvements and quality assurance efforts Assist in onboarding and training new clients as needed Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new software platforms Benefits
