Commissioning Project Manager - Data Centers
We are partnered with an industry leader in data centers and mission‑critical facilities who are expanding their commissioning division across the U.S. This role delivers full life‑cycle commissioning of critical facilities, participates in MEP design reviews, and performs functional testing of complex electrical and mechanical systems.
Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Work Location & Travel
Position Location:
Remote – work virtually from anywhere in the United States
Travel Requirement:
Initial 6‑9 months, travel up to 75%, then transitioning to 25% travel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all Elements of Commissioning Projects (50%)
Monitor and Control Project Financials (15%)
Manage Stakeholder Relations (15%)
Develop Testing Plans and Procedures for Complex Projects (5%)
Review Construction Related Design Documents, Drawings and Specifications (5%)
Qualifications
5+ years experience
with installation, hands‑on testing, validation and troubleshooting of mechanical, controls and/or electrical infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree
in engineering, construction or related discipline.
OR
Two years’ experience with installation, hands‑on testing, validation and troubleshooting of mechanical, controls and/or electrical infrastructure.
