we set our own standard of excellence and hold ourselves to it What You Will Do We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will haveversatile accounting skills and experience interacting with customers. We strive to be a customer-first company andstrong communication skills are essential. Actively participate in daily invoice and payment posting; ensure that invoices are promptlyposted and matched to the customer’s purchase order. Prepare monthly statements for customers; communicate proactively with customers regardingoverdue invoices. Collaborate with customers’ accounts payable department and third-party billing vendors totrack invoice submissions, identify delays or rejections, and ensure successful resubmissionwhen necessary. Prepare and distribute collections metrics and aging reports to leadership and sales team. Document all collection activities, cash allocations, disputes, adjustments and credits. Partner with Manager to implement process improvements, enhance automation, and contributeto initiatives that strengthen the company’s overall revenue cycle. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. 2-4 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience. Must be organized and detail-orientated with excellent follow-up skills. Must have effective written and oral communication skills. Must be a self-starter, hands-on, “roll up the sleeves” professional with strong analytical and problem-solvingskills. Ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize tasks, honor rules of engagement and follow policies,processes, and procedures. The ability to learn quickly and continuously and maintain a flexible and adaptive mindset necessary for a fast-paced environment.
