Project Manager Assistant . We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills who will be a key member of a team that provides quality excavating and paving solutions, embraces our commitment to customers, and works with respect.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and organized files
Perform clerical duties with proficiency in Microsoft programs and related software
Provide support during the project initialization process, construction, post-construction invoicing and follow-up activities
Communicate effectively with all departments and customers
Project documentation, transfer of information and general office support
Experience & Qualifications
Valid Driver's License Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Project Manager Assistant Experience Preferred
2 years Office Experience Required
Proficient with or able to quickly become proficient with a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and industry.
