Front Office Assistant (Manheim Location)

Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner
Receive and route telephone calls through the switchboard
Assist and support Sales and Accounting teams with administrative duties such as accurately typing quotations, letters and filing
Provide administrative support to all office personnel
Maintain accurate and organized files
Perform clerical duties with proficiency in Microsoft programs and company-related software
Meticulous preparation of outgoing mail and packages for the post office or express service. Receive, sort and deliver incoming mail as directed
Order office supplies and printed forms
Communicate effectively with all departments and customers
Qualifications
Valid Driver's License required
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma with computer knowledge required
Business School or Jr College education preferred
1 year of office experience with computer knowledge required – 2 years preferred
