Ensure initial and ongoing safety, forklift, and operational training for employees. Supervise shipping department staff. Coordinate shipping and staging activities to maximize team efficiency. Oversee warehouse operations, including labor scheduling, space utilization, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Plan distribution services to meet customer requirements, including receiving, storing, shipping, and handling. Collaborate with management to improve inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes. Ensure accurate and timely shipment documentation complying with regulations and company policies. Lead quarterly inventory processes. Order materials such as granules, wrappers, and fiberglass to support production. Qualifications
5-8 years of shipping supervisory experience in manufacturing. Proficient in computer use and effective communication skills. In good standing with no performance or attendance issues. Bachelor's degree preferred. Physical Requirements
Walking, standing, driving, and sitting (up to 80% of shift). Ability to see, hear, speak, write, and understand English. This is a day shift, salaried, exempt position. Benefits
