A law firm seeks a Capital Markets Associate for its Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in capital markets, focusing on representing public companies in securities offerings and advising on compliance and governance.
Duties
Represent public companies in public and private securities offerings, including debt and equity. Advise clients on Exchange Act reporting and SEC compliance. Provide guidance on corporate governance matters. Draft and negotiate complex legal documents. Engage in teamwork and client interaction. Requirements
3-5 years of experience in capital markets. Proficiency in drafting and negotiation. Interest in teamwork and client interaction. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills
