Lead Superintendent- Multifamily
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale multifamily construction projects from ground-up through completion in the West Palm Beach area. This is a key leadership role for a hands‑on construction professional with a proven track record delivering high-quality, on-schedule multifamily developments.
Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Description Lead all on-site construction activities for large multifamily projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and site operations from site preparation through final turnover.
Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reports with the project management team.
Enforce company safety protocols and OSHA compliance at all times.
Work closely with project managers and engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines.
Ensure that construction documents, drawings, and specifications are adhered to throughout all project phases.
Serve as the primary on-site representative for clients, inspectors, and consultants.
Profile Minimum
10+ years of field supervision experience , including at least
5 years as a Lead Superintendent
on multifamily or large commercial projects ($50M+).
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
Proven experience managing ground‑up multifamily projects from start to finish.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
