The Multifamily Lead Superintendent will oversee the on-site management of multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.

Requirements
12+ years of superintendent experience
Multifamily project experience up to $75M
Proven ability to manage on‑site operations and lead a team effectively.
Excellent knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Proficient in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
