Inspection Services Operations Manager – North Star Imaging North Star Imaging (NSI) is a global organization that designs, manufactures, sells and services 2D digital radiography and 3D computed tomography equipment. The NSI Inspection Scanning Operations Manager plays a critical role in managing day‑to‑day operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring continuous improvement across the organization.

Location: Rogers, MN Headquarters.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.

Lead the operations team to execute initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.

Drive continuous improvement programs to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Manage the operations budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

Collaborate with customers on DR & CT techniques to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Represent NSI within professional organizations such as ASNT and ASTM.

Provide clear direction, set performance goals, and conduct evaluations for team members.

Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Analyze existing operational processes to identify and address areas for improvement.

Implement lean methodologies and best practices to optimize workflows and minimize waste.

Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Partner with sales, engineering, and finance to align operational strategies with broader business objectives.

Compensation Base salary range: $100,000 to $140,000, based on education and experience. Eligible for a performance‑based bonus. Benefits include health, dental, life and LTD insurance, paid parental leave, 401(k) with match, and a generous tuition reimbursement program.
