As Service Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and support technicians across electrical service calls. You’ll play a key role in workflow scheduling, team development, and client relationship management—delivering best‑in‑class service to our commercial and industrial customers.
What You’ll Do
Manage and dispatch a team of field service technicians for electrical jobs
Oversee project timelines, quality control, and customer communication
Serve as the liaison between customers, contractors, and internal departments
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards
Assist in estimating, quoting, and reviewing service contracts
Develop and coach your team for long‑term success
Monitor KPIs and contribute to department growth targets
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in electrical service, with supervisory or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial systems, troubleshooting, and repair
Ability to manage multiple service calls, customer needs, and technician scheduling
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with field service management software is a plus
