to support their New York-based executives. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-achieving team in a diverse role. The position is
hybrid , with 3 days in their Midtown Manhattan office.
Job Responsibilities
Calendar management and scheduling
Coordinate travel arrangements and create itineraries
Manage time tracking and expense reimbursements
Create agendas, reports, and presentations
Greet guests professionally and courteously
Serve as a point of contact for colleagues across departments
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
Manage office needs (mail, guest screening, phone calls, office aesthetics)
Purchase and stock office supplies
Liaise with vendors
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience as an assistant, coordinator, or similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Enjoys learning and collaborating in a team environment
Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000, based on experience.
