Your hands-on leadership style includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. What Will I Do as a Shift Leader?
Provide exceptional customer service and quality products to all guests
Support store operations during your shift by maintaining communication, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring team accountability, and assisting in training and coaching team members
Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices
Manage cash handling and deposits
Desired Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Experience with Point of Sale systems
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Ability to lead by example and motivate others
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older
