, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" (and beyond) by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. It will also mean taking pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store! * Excellent training & mentorship * Job stability with a rapidly growing and reputable company * Achievable growth and promotion opportunities * Opportunity to work in a fun, exciting team environment WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER? * Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience * Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating important information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members * Ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices * Manage cash handling and deposits DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: * At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role * Experience with Point of Sale systems * Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented and results-driven * Ability to lead by example and motivate others * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. * Legally eligible to work in the United States * Must be 18 years or older About us: We aim to help all candidates find great careers.
