What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide technical sustainability expertise for North American projects, supporting site selection, community engagement, design, engineering, and construction
Manage execution of green building certifications and sustainability initiatives at the project level
Align project-specific sustainability strategies with regional and global goals, defining project-level KPIs and objectives
Support the identification and assessment of sustainability-related risks and opportunities within projects
Track, validate, and document project-level sustainability data for reporting and certifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in sustainability-related project management, green building, or environmental strategy
Experience working on LEED new construction projects; LEED AP preferred
Understanding of greenhouse gas accounting, energy modeling, and life cycle assessment methodologies
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various disciplines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in data center design, construction, or engineering
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities
Organized, self-motivated, and able to lead initiatives with limited supervision
Comfortable translating technical concepts into actionable plans for a range of stakeholders
