Overview
We are seeking a
Document Control Specialist
to join our team. You will work closely with Engineering & Design personnel to create and maintain accurate and compliant engineering capital and maintenance project documentation. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
Execution of document management processes on engineering capital and maintenance projects Receive, review, electronically file, and distribute multi-discipline engineering and fabrication records Send/receive transmittals of fabrication/engineering records to/from vendor Track & report document & drawing review status Prepare, maintain, and distribute team action item list, meeting minutes Maintain project document index Submit documents for internal review/approval Able to understand and interpret drawing redline markups and revision blocks. Seek clarification if required from project stakeholders Complete work in a timely manner Work closely with other members of the drafting team as well as design partners to verify accuracy and details Follow all company guidelines for best practices Track all time spent on projects accurately Qualifications
3+ Years of Document Control experience for EPC or Owner / Operator projects Expert use of document editing & review tools such as Bluebeam & Adobe Acrobat Pro Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy The ability to work well within a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time Interpersonal skills to work within a small team, taking direction from Engineering & Design Personnel Time management skills Benefits
