General Description
– You will gain hands‑on experience in a Just Tires service center, diagnose technical issues, deliver outstanding service, and learn about brakes, alignments, and the rapidly changing automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Perform line technician services, routine inspections and maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem‑solving.
Handle brake repairs, fluid exchanges and flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
Guide and mentor junior automotive technicians.
Document all work performed on the repair order.
Report any safety issues immediately to management.
Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
Valid driver’s license.
At least 18 years of age.
No relocation is offered for this position.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
ASE certification.
Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and advanced fuel ignition systems.
