General Description As a General Maintenance Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, and fluid maintenance.
Responsibilities
Perform line technician services, routine inspections, system diagnostics, and problem solving.
Conduct brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback.
Guide and mentor junior automotive technicians.
Document all work performed on the repair order.
Report safety issues immediately to management.
Promote teamwork and deliver accurate guest care during all operating hours.
Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting and standing, bending, and squatting.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum age 18.
No relocation offered.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
ASE certification.
Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
Experience with electrical, A/C, and fuel system diagnostics.
