at Butterfly Effects ABA Behavior Technician / RBT M-F 3-7pm • Fall River, MA We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. Directly assist children with autism in developing communication, social interaction, and self-care skills. Collaborate with families to implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans. Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Passion for working with children and a genuine love for helping them learn and grow. Continuous learning: interest in ongoing development. Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families. Prior experience with children is advantageous. Details
Compensation: $23.00 - $29.00 hourly, based on experience, education, and certifications. Hours: Part-time, 12-20 hours per week, mostly between 3-7 pm. This is a long-term role requiring a minimum 6-7 month commitment. Location: Fall River, MA. About Butterfly Effects
