Shefa is pluralistic, serving families across Jewish involvement and observance. About The Position

The Shefa School seeks a full-time School & Transportation Coordinator to perform a variety of office and administrative duties supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities

Oversee student transportation, manage student arrival/dismissal routine, prepare the daily dismissal report, and ensure accuracy of all student attendance records. Answer phones, manage the student lost & found, book field trips and transportation, greet visitors at the front desk, maintain inventory of school supplies, and collaborate on other projects. Qualifications

Experience working in a school office or other administrative setting. Strong verbal and written communication, experience with office software applications and organizational systems. Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and ability to learn on the job. Resourceful, proactive, friendly, warm, flexible, dependable, take initiative, and develop and maintain effective professional relationships. Salary

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 commensurate with experience. Contact
