Learning/Development & Recruiting Coordinator
Our client is a prestigious law firm in Manhattan, New York looking to hire a Learning/Development (L&D) and Recruitment Coordinator for the team.
Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Recruiting, the Associate Development Manager, and cross‑functional teams to support professional development programs.
Work closely with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders of all levels to schedule and confirm interviews.
Keep hiring teams and candidates informed throughout each stage of the recruiting process.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and lead the execution and implementation of those enhancements.
Support the planning, setup, and on‑site participation for recruiting events, including conferences and career fairs.
Qualifications
Must have some experience in professional development.
Must have LMS or training experience.
1+ years of recruitment support.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written interaction.
