Analyze operational trends, identify performance gaps, and develop action plans for improvement. Lead the team in setting and achieving goals. Manage departmental budgets and collaborate with human resources to maintain appropriate staffing levels. Required Qualifications
A minimum of five years in distribution, logistics, and management. Experience supervising salaried reports in a distribution environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). Experience with conveyor systems and automation. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compensation
