The
MIMO Coordinator
is responsible for coordinating and controlling material inbound and outbound activities to ensure accurate inventory, on‑time delivery, and smooth operational execution. This role works closely with warehouse, logistics, procurement, production, and project teams to support daily operations and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities Material In / Material Out Operations
Coordinate material receiving, inspection, storage, and outbound shipment activities.
Ensure accurate tracking of materials from inbound receipt to outbound delivery.
Verify material quantities, specifications, and documentation against purchase orders and shipping documents.
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper system transactions and physical controls.
Coordinate cycle counts and support inventory audits.
Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper material handling, labeling, and storage.
Logistics & Shipment Coordination
Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, including packing lists, delivery notes, and export/import paperwork as required.
Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Interface with procurement, planning, production, project, and customer service teams to align material availability with operational needs.
Support project schedules by ensuring timely material readiness and movement.
Act as a key point of contact for material status and delivery updates.
System, Process & Compliance
Perform accurate transactions in ERP, WMS, or inventory systems.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in material control, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
Hands‑on experience with material inbound/outbound processes.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and inventory management practices.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up skills.
Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or project-based environments.
Knowledge of international shipping and customs processes.
Experience supporting audits or regulated environments.
Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a plus.
