We are seeking a results-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue in the software/technology sector. This is an onsite position requiring strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and proven sales success. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Lead presentations, negotiations, and proposal development for prospective clients. Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Qualifications: 10–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in the technology/software industry. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and business strategy. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX and travel occasionally for client engagements. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Seniority level
