Description Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

Assisting departments to meet their goals
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality environments.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned restaurants.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
