Business Development Representative – DACH
Join HubSpot’s remote‑based team in Germany or a flexible office in Berlin. We leverage HubSpot‑Leads to connect with prospects through calls, emails, and social media messaging, uncovering challenges and partnering to showcase HubSpot as the solution. Responsibilities
High‑volume outbound activities to acquire and qualify new customers. Collaborate closely with 2–3 Account Executives to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies. Plan online product demonstrations for qualified leads while ensuring monthly targets are met. Understand customer needs and challenges using selling methods such as the BANT methodology. Conduct market research to expand HubSpot’s customer base. Qualifications
Passion for technology and sales. Experience in sales or customer acquisition in a growth‑scale environment is a plus. Fluent German and English. Sharp and goal‑oriented focus with a compelling, stringent approach to target attainment. Ability to handle objections and coach effectively. Excellent organizational skills and time management.
