We’re partnered with an AmLaw firm on a search for an experienced attorney to join their Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice group in New York. Responsibilities

Advise suppliers, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical companies on FDA regulatory compliance matters Counsel health systems and healthcare providers on reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse laws, and healthcare regulatory compliance programs Provide strategic guidance to emerging life sciences companies on product development strategies, clinical trial design, and regulatory approval timelines Draft legal memoranda, client advisories, and regulatory correspondence addressing complex regulatory issues Monitor and analyze healthcare legislation, regulatory developments, and enforcement trends affecting life sciences and healthcare clients Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a life sciences/healthcare regulatory practice Preferably a track record representing hospitals and health systems, healthcare providers and suppliers Admitted to practice in New York Benefits
