Lead, train, coach and develop associates within the assigned department to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure customers can easily locate merchandise and have access to necessary information and assistance. Provide input into operational and merchandising decisions to support store management and operations teams. Maintain strong product and operational knowledge across assigned departments. Support store initiatives related to merchandising, scheduling, and process improvements as needed. Department scope
