office. This role involves supporting project teams in construction services, managing infrastructure projects, and mentoring field staff to ensure timely completion. Communicate with clients and support project development. Provide oversight and guidance to team members and design feedback. Interact professionally with the public on project issues. Participate in marketing and business development. Assess project scope, prepare management and QA/QC plans. Communicate with stakeholders through meetings and documentation. Lead construction layout and survey services. Ensure delivery commitments, conduct quality reviews, and manage project closeout. Track budgets and review invoices. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 6+ years relevant experience with survey equipment and construction services. Professional licensure or project management certification preferred. Strong initiative, communication skills, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Experience with GIS, CADD, and survey/testing equipment required. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Benefits & Compensation
The salary range is $788,871 to $142,194 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, life and disability insurance, ESOP, 401k, bonuses, and more. Equal Opportunity
