in our Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Bettendorf or Dubuque IA office. This dynamic role involves supporting project teams in various construction services, managing a wide range of complex infrastructure projects, and mentoring field staff to ensure timely project completion. Communicate with internal and external clients in support of existing projects and the development of new projects. Provide oversight and guidance to less experienced colleagues in the field and provide constructability feedback and guidance to the project design team. Interact professionally with the public on project-related issues. Perform marketing and business development in partnership with Team Leader, Client Liaisons, and Client Service Managers. Assess project scope and capabilities, prepare Project Management Plan, QA/QC Plan and other plans necessary for successful project completion. Communicate via meetings, emails and other documentation to all stakeholders. Lead, oversee and/or perform construction layout staking services and/or survey layout services. Ensure delivery on all commitments, conduct quality reviews, and utilize a process/checklist for closeout. Track budget and review invoices. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, business, construction management, engineering or related degree preferred. 6+ years of relevant work experience with survey equipment for data collection, layout and with construction-related services. Professional licensure or project management/business/construction management preferred. Strong initiative to complete projects on time. Proven skills in empathetic communication, crucial conversations and effective mentoring of team. Top-notch negotiating skills. Ability to excel independently and within a team-based environment. GIS, CAD and various proprietary and commercially available software experience required. Survey equipment and various field-testing equipment experience required. The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $788,871 to $142,194 per year, commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
