Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify and acquire new business opportunities in corporate and commercial real estate.
Independently manage the sales lifecycle from pitching to deal closure.
Develop a pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events and cold outreach.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals using FlipSpaces’ technology platform and service offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, finance and marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets as set by management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
