Overview
Lead the development, execution, and governance of the Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMP) for Dyno Nobel’s North America Manufacturing Operations.
Responsibilities
Ensure asset strategies are aligned with business objectives, optimize capital investments, and maintain robust, forward-looking long-term financial plans.
Live and foster Dyno Nobel values.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards.
Develop and maintain Business Unit (BU) Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs).
Lead the creation and maintenance of long-term financial plans (CAPEX and OPEX).
Develop macro-level asset strategies to ensure optimal operation and integration of plants.
Improve asset data quality and maturity in SAP and other enterprise systems.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or related field.
5 years of experience in asset management, plant operations, or capital project planning in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of lifecycle asset management, reliability engineering, and capital planning.
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise asset management systems.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (EPA, OSHA) and risk-based inspection practices.
Certification in Asset Management (e.g., IAM, ISO 55000) desired.
Experience with turnaround planning and execution.
Financial acumen in evaluating ROI and CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs.
Knowledge of ammonia, nitric acid, explosives, and urea production processes.
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
