Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes across Data Centers, Transmission, and Substation builds. Oversee Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Close-out phases. Define project WBS, Cost Baseline, and OBS structures, and ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements. Monitor and control scope, schedule, budget, and risk using industry best practices and performance indicators (SPI, CPI). Serve as the primary interface between clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Lead regular project reporting and stakeholder updates, ensuring transparency, accountability, and issue resolution. Manage cross-functional project teams and third-party contractors, removing barriers to execution and fostering a culture of performance and accountability. Provide oversight on construction and commissioning activities, ensuring delivery to scope and safety standards. Implement and enforce Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards across all phases. Ensure adherence to permitting, regulatory, and interconnection requirements, including those related to DOE or utility funding. Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (required). 5 plus years of proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects in Transmission, Substation, or Power Generation (Gas, Hydro, or Renewables). Experience managing Data Center construction or mission-critical facilities is highly valued. Strong working knowledge of project controls, risk management, and earned value management. Familiarity with DOE-funded project requirements and reporting practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools. PMP certification or P.Eng license preferred (or in progress). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset. Why Join PTAG?
